Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of cleared payment received by noon EST. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

Transit Time

Shipping normally takes 1 to 6 business days depending on your location from our warehouse.

The freight carrier REQUIRES your phone number to schedule delivery. Please ensure:

  • βœ… Delivery address is accurate and complete

⚠️ If the carrier cannot reach you, the shipment will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival!

🏠 DELIVERY PROCESS

What to Expect

1. Delivery Appointment

For residential deliveries, the freight company will call your phone number to schedule a delivery appointment. Be ready to coordinate a time when someone will be present.

2. Be Present for Delivery

Someone MUST be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. The driver cannot leave freight unattended.

3. Inspect Before Signing

CRITICAL: Inspect your shipment completely when it arrives and make note of any damages or missing items on the Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt BEFORE the driver leaves!

βœ… INSPECTION CHECKLIST

Upon arrival, follow these steps:

  1. Count all cartons and compare with the number stated on the delivery receipt
  2. Check for external damage - dents, tears, crushed corners
  3. Open cartons and inspect goods carefully for any damages
  4. Document everything - take photos of any damage, no matter how small
  5. Note damages on delivery receipt before signing
  6. Keep all packaging materials if damage is found

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If there is damage or missing items and you sign without comments on the Bill of Lading, no replacement, return, or refund will be provided!

All products are inspected under strict quality control and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If you discover damage after the driver has left:

  • βœ… Report concealed damage within 3 days of delivery
  • βœ… Take detailed photos of damage and packaging
  • βœ… Contact our customer service team immediately
  • βœ… Keep all original packaging materials

πŸ“ LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If you believe the carrier has lost your package or it's more than 2 business days past the scheduled ETA:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@shopminisplits.com
  2. We will file a claim and initiate a physical search at the carrier facility
  3. If package cannot be located, we will arrange replacement shipment with a different carrier

Insurance: Your purchase is insured with the freight company at no additional cost to you.

πŸ’° STORAGE FEES & REFUSED DELIVERIES

⚠️ Important Notice

  • Storage fees will be charged by carriers if delivery cannot be scheduled
  • If order must be returned because carrier couldn't reach you, you are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Refused deliveries will be handled as returned merchandise (see Return Policy)
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient will incur return shipping costs

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products. Key points:

  • βœ… Call to obtain a return authorization number before returning
  • βœ… Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • βœ… Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • βœ… Purchaser responsible for return shipping costs
  • βœ… 20% minimum restocking fee applies to free shipping orders
  • βœ… Opened boxes must be in sellable condition with all materials
